We are looking for a fun, outgoing individual with a positive attitude to become part of our customer Service Team.

Duties will include:

  • Answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers between the hours of 9-1, Monday-Thursday.
  • Responding to emails from customers and working to resolve their questions, complaints, issues, etc.
  • Chatting with customers through our live, online support
  • Miscellaneous office tasks
Skills Required:
  • Must have a positive and pleasant phone voice
  • Must type at least 50 wpm
  • Basic knowledge of computers and the Internet
  • Must work well with others

Hours Needed:
Monday through Thursday, 9am - 1pm CST

We are a small office and work very closely with each other. We are seeking someone who has the desire to get along well with co-workers and help continue our positive company/team unity. We offer a casual dress work environment, jeans are acceptable attire.
